Probable boat details for Saturdays party.
Final reminders for St Pauls.
We hope to have a party on a thames river boat and the link to this is on the home page as well as above!
Costs are estimated at £30 + inclusive of the boat and food. We will have full details when we meet at St Paul's but I will add them here as soon as I have them.
WEEKEND SINGERS should email me to say whether they are intending to join us. The party will hopefully be Saturday evening... 7-11 pm.
Excerpt from a letter to Geraldene from Bankside:
Dear Geraldene, You can check-in anytime after 3pm. The reception closes at 11pm but guests still can check-in after this time, as we have security in the front desk. Please ask the guests to quote the group name (Schola Aque Sulis) and the ref number (147700), so that our security team give them the correct keys. Check in time is at 3pm, check out is at 10.30am at the latest. Breakfast is between 7am-10am, towels and bedding are included.
So.....Check in at Bankside (LSE) on Sunday afternoon from 1500. Bed linen and towels are provided!
Ben and Mervyn will be at Evensong in the Cathedral if you want to meet.
Many venues do not provide food on a Sunday evenings so please contact us to see where we are if arriving after 6 pm. I am sure there are places on the South Bank!!

Rehearsals in the Choir School (it's in the crypt) (ask a verger for directions), following the normal SAS pattern of 10-12 and 2-3.15. PLEASE BE PROMPT on Monday morning!
Rehearsal in the choir will be at 3.30 and Evensong is at 5.00. (No dumb day this year!) We should be clear at about 6.00 each day.
FRIDAY evening will include a rehearsal with the organ after evensong, but again we should be out by 7.00.
Sunday service times are 1015 for Matins, 1130 for Eucharist and 1515 for Evensong.
PLEASE remember cassocks and surplices (unless you have booked one with Geraldene), as we have very few available SAS ones.
Can we again point out that there are many 2 for I offers in major food chains at the moment (Pizza express, etc.. so it may be worth surfing the net to see what is there and printing off any relevant vouchers!)
